Galaxy Premier adalah smartphone paling anyar dari vendor besar asal Korea Selatan Samsung.  Ponsel pintar ini merupakan kombinasi dari tampilan Galaxy S III dan Galaxy Nexus. Untuk spesifikasi Galaxy Premier ini nyaris sama dengan Nexus  Sepertinya Samsung mengeluarkan versi downgrade dari Galaxy S III ini untuk pasar Asia dan Eropa.

Galaxy Premier memiliki luas layar 4,65 inci dengan resolusi 1280x720 pixel. Untuk kinerja Premier ini, Samsung memilih prosesor dual-core OMAP 4470 yang mempunyai clock speed 1,5GHz, dengan RAM 1GB. Kamera utamanya beresolusi 8 Megapixel yang disematkan pada bagian belakang ponsel pintar ini.

Galaxy Premier menggunakan sistem operasi Android terbaru 4.1 Jelly Bean yang sudah dilengkapi dengan UI TouchWiz 4.0. Samsung juga menjanjikan bahwa Smartphone ini akan tersedia dalam varian 3G dan LTE.

Ponsel Galaxy Premier ini akan dipasarkan mulai bulan November 2012 di Ukraina dengan harga sekitar $680. Selanjutnya setelah Ukraina, Samsung kemudian akan merilis ponsel pintar ini di kawasan Asia Tenggara, China, dan Korea.
